| Constitution & Bylaw |
|
| This committee is responsible for any bylaw changes or amendments. They need to have a working knowledge of not only Local 3228 bylaws but also the International bylaws. |
| Election |

| This committee is responsible for distributing and tabulating ballots.
In the case of any election any candidate shall be entitled to appoint one observer who shall be permitted to witness the manner of distribution and casting of ballots and attend the meeting of the Election Committee at which the votes are tabulated.

| Fundraising & Charity |
|
| This committee is responsible for the set up and planning of fundraisers and charities. Any member who has a fundraising idea is encouraged not only to address it to the committee, but also participate in the planning of their idea. |
| Labor Management |
|
| This committee is responsible for meeting with management to discuss any department issues. This does not include personal issues. It dose include on the job work concerns or issues including station, vehicle, or safety concerns.
(My goal is to have this committee meet with management on a regular basis in hopes to have management and the local work closer together in cooperation to address concerns if any.)
